February 1, 2012: Kate King and Jason Owyang attend the Fidelity Capital Markekts Strategy luncheon, "Market Strategies for a Trading Range." 

Led by Paul De Moor, Vice President of Capital Markets Strategy at Fidelity.  Focus on income strategies and historical, technical framework as model for today's investment universe.

December 12th-13th, 2011: Kate King Attends the Griffin Capital Due Diligence Meeting 

Griffin Capital purchases single tenant, commercial properties with triple net, long term leases. Griffin Capital will also be taking over the management of the Grubb and Ellis Healthcare REIT in January 2012. 

December 2011: The KFK Group Adopts a Family for the Holidays  

The KFK Group adopted a local family from Long Beach consisting of a 24-year old single mother and her four children.
